Question: How many dogs do you walk at one time?
Answer: We walk all dogs individually unless there are multiple dogs in the same household or if we receive a special request from one of our clients.

Question: Will my pet be seen by the same person each visit?
Answer: If you have a regular schedule with us, you will have the same dog walker for every visit. On occasion, there will be a back-up walker when your regular walker is on vacation or sick. You will ALWAYS know ahead of time when the walker is switched, and you are always more than welcomed to meet the back-up walker. If you only need occasional walks or pet sitting, we will do our best to have the same person visit your pets but we cannot guarantee it.

Question: Why do we have to meet before you start visiting my pet?
Answer: We like to get information about your pet before we begin visits, and we want to ensure your pet is comfortable with his or her sitter or walker.

Question: How do I contact my dog walker?
Answer: All communication is handled directly by the owner, Melissa. She is in constant communication with all walkers and sitters, and she manages the schedules, payments, etc.

Question: May I tip my walker or sitter?
Answer: Yes, absolutely. Although tips are not expected, we greatly appreciate them!

Question: Can you administer medication to my pet?
Answer: Yes, we can, and there is no additional charge for administering medication.

Question: Why do you request two sets of keys?
Answer: One set of keys is left with the owner, Melissa, in case of an emergency. Your regular walker holds the other set of keys. If you are not a regular client and only need occasional visits, both sets of keys are left with Melissa.
